• Personal shelf space (36” x 12” x 9” height). All your pottery must fit on your own shelf. Additional shelf space available for rent.

• Shelf Concierge - A unique service that returns fired work to your shelf and monitors the stages of dryness to ensure your work is ready to trim when you are.

• Bisque and glaze firing are included for work made at the studio. A firing fee applies to work that is over 9in tall and 12 in wide.

• Commercial Clay is sold by the pound. Recycled Studio Clay is Free. Please pay your clay tab at the end of your last Make Class (usually around $12).

• Classes with fewer than 3 students may be canceled. We will notify you via text or phone call.

Please note that we are a dog-friendly studio. Pets will be present at your class.

Glaze Classes are scheduled only after you have received a text photo of your bisqueware. Glaze Classes can be schedule for any available time slot.

After each lesson, we spend an additional 30–45 minutes cleaning our workstations together. This includes learning how to properly remove clay from all equipment, tables and tools. Students wipe and rinse surfaces using a sponge, soap and water before drying everything with a provided clean towel. Improperly cleaned equipment can expose our lungs to hazardous clay dust. This method of cleaning eliminates clay residue and ensures that all visitors can breathe easy in our space.

FLEXI BOOKING POLICY

• You may reschedule up to 8 hours before class by clicking the [Reschedule Class] button in your original booking confirmation email.

• No shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 8 hours of class will result in a full charge for that session.

• Please note your Class Package expiration date. Plan ahead to make the most of your lessons.

* If you are not renewing your Class Package, your work must be collected within 14 days of the package expiration date. After the 14-day grace period, unclaimed pieces will be discarded or donated. Please refer to ‘Pick Up Policy’ below for more information.

STUDIO CREDIT

We do not offer refunds. Studio credit may apply in eligible cases.

Once your class package expires (expiration date located on your Class Package receipt), you will have 14 days to pick up all of your work unless a new package is purchased. Pottery left in the studio beyond the 14-day grace period will be discarded or donated. Please arrange for a friend or courier to pick up for you if you can't come in.

We offer storage at $3/day, payable in advance. Payment must be made no later than 14 days after your package expiration date.
