Includes:

• 2 hours of instruction (6:30pm-8:30pm), plus 30-45 minutes of dedicated time for students to meticulously clean up their clay mess : )

• Full access to studio tools, equipment and glazes.

• Personal shelf space (36” x 12” x 9” height). All your pottery must fit on your own shelf. Additional shelf space available for rent.

• Bisque and glaze firing are included for work made at the studio. A firing fee applies to work that does not fit upright on your shelf.

• Clay is not included for Class Packages nor Membership. We stock cone 5 Laguna Clay and sell it online through our STORE. Please pay your tallied clay tab at the end of your last Make Class.

FLEXI BOOKING POLICY

Reschedule your session up to 8 hours before the start of class using the [Reschedule] button in your booking confirmation email.

No shows, cancellations and rescheduling within 8 hours of your scheduled class will result in a full amount charge for that class.

SERIES BOOKING POLICY

If you will be missing a class, you must self-reschedule through your booking confirmation email to skip the class and reschedule it for the following (5th) week. Your must be do so 12 hours before the class start time in order to make-up a class and not loose it. Keep in mind that your Make Classes expire in 42 days from the purchase date.

No shows, cancellations and rescheduling within 12 hours of your scheduled class will result in a full amount charge for that class.

Series Package Expiration & Validity *
6 Classes - 42 days from purchase date

If you are not renewing your Class Package (Series OR Flexi), your work will be packed up and must be collected within 14 days of your package expiration date. Pieces left in the studio beyond the 14-day grace period will be discarded or donated. Please refer to ‘Pick Up Policy’ below.

STUDIO CREDIT

If applicable, the studio offers studio credit only.

Both Flexi and Series package holders may book any available Glaze time slot. Glaze Classes are scheduled only after you have received a text photo of your bisqueware.

Please note that your shelf space is attached to your package expiration date. When a package expires your pottery is moved to a communal pick-up shelf and must be picked up within 14 days. Please read the PICK UP POLICY for important details. If you are unable to pick up your pottery yourself, please appoint someone else to pick it up for you, like a friend, co-worker or a pick-up service company.

After the 2-hour lesson/studio use we all work together for 30-45 mins to clean and dry our work stations. We will be teaching you how to properly clean our ceramic studio equipment and surfaces regardless of your past studio experience. Improperly cleaned equipment can expose our lungs to hazardous clay dust. Cleaning & towel drying eliminates clay residue and ensures that all visitors (humans & Pups) can breath easy in our space.

Once your class package expires (expiration date located on your emailed Class Package receipt) you will have 14 days to pick up all of your work unless a new package is purchased. For work that is waiting to be bisque fired/glaze fired we will text you a photo of your work that is ready to be pick up, pottery left in the studio beyond the 14-day grace period will be discarded or donated.

If you are unable to pick up your pottery yourself, please appoint someone else to pick it up for you, like a friend, co-worker or a pick-up service company.

If you want us to store your work, the cost is $3/day, to be paid prior to storage. Payment must be made no later than 14 days after your package expiration date.
