Includes:

• All materials, tools, towels and apron

• 2 hours of instruction (7pm- 9pm) with additional 30-45 mins for cleanup (we tidy together!)

• Bisque & glaze firing (studio applies glaze – choose 1 color per piece)

Pieces will be ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. We will contact you to arrange a pick up appointment.

Please note that we are a dog-friendly studio. Pets may be present at your class. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed.

After each lesson, we spend 30–45 minutes cleaning and drying workstations together. This prevents hazardous clay dust and keeps our space safe for everyone (including pups!).

• Booking: Available online up to 30 minutes before class start.

• Rescheduling: Self-reschedule up to 24 hours before class using the [Reschedule Class] link in your confirmation email. Please do not email or text to reschedule — using the link ensures your seat is retained. See our FAQs for more details.

• Late Arrivals: May miss out on making a handbuilt project.

• No Shows & Cancellations: Full charge applies per seat.

• Class Cancellation: Classes with fewer than 3 students may be canceled. We will notify you via text or phone call.

• Refunds: No full refunds. When applicable, studio credit only.

Your finished pieces will be ready 4–6 weeks after your private lesson. We’ll text you with a photo when they’re packed for pick-up.

• You’ll have 30 days from our text to collect your pottery.

• After 30 days, unclaimed work will be discarded or donated.

• Can’t come in? Please arrange a friend or courier to pick up for you.

• Need extra time? We offer storage at $3/day, payable in advance.

• Always confirm your visit by text or email before stopping by.
