• Bisque and glaze firing (Glaze application by studio). Choice of 1 glaze color per piece.

We will contact text you in 4 to 6 weeks after your lesson. Your finished pottery will be packed for pick up. we will text you a photo of your work. If you are unable to pick up your pottery yourself, please appoint someone else to pick it up for you, like a friend, co-worker or a pick-up service company.

Note for child pickup:
Grace period of 15 minutes. Late pickup is chargeable @ $15 per 30 min

• Your private lesson may be self-rescheduled up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start time of your class using the orange [Reschedule] button found in your booking confirmation email.

• Self-Rescheduling between 72 and 24 hours of your lesson is subject to a 50% charge. No exceptions as this reimburses the instructor scheduled for your appointment. To reschedule your 50% studio credit to a future date, you must contact us directly through email (throw@handsinclayla.com) or text/call 310-567-2708

• Cancellations and rescheduling made within 24 hours of your lesson will result in a full amount charge. No exceptions, as this will go towards paying the instructor and staff for their time reserved to be there.

• No shows will result in a full amount charge.

• If applicable, the studio offers studio credit only.

A clean up option may be added by clicking in the ‘ADD TO CART’ area if you do not wish to clean after your lesson.

After your lesson we all work together for 30-45 mins to clean and dry our work stations regardless of your past studio experience. Improperly cleaned equipment can expose our lungs to hazardous clay dust. Cleaning & towel drying eliminates clay residue and ensures that all visitors (humans & Pups) can breath easy in our space.

4 to 6 weeks after your private lesson. Your finished pottery will be packed for pick up.

We will contact you through text message and include a photo of your pieces.

After being contacted, you will have 30 days to pick up all of your pottery. Pottery left in the studio beyond the 30-day grace period will be discarded or donated.

If you are unable to pick up your pottery yourself, please appoint someone else to pick it up for you, like a friend, co-worker or a pick-up service company.

If you want us to store your work, the cost is $3/day to be paid prior to storage. Payment must be made no later than 30 days following our initial text communication that your pottery is ready to be picked up.
